Black Comedy - The Real Inspector Hound
Here we have paired what we believe are the two best one-act farces of the 20th century English theatre. Stoppard’s The Real Inspector Hound, set in the theatre, is a delicious skewering of critics and the genre of murder mysteries. In Black Comedy by Peter Shaffer (Amadeus, Equus) the madness begins when the lights go out….except that in this play the actors see the darkness and you see the light.
